I don't leave many reviews, but the terrible service my fiance and I got today inspired me. Every aspect of the ordering process was unpleasant - service was slow, the woman working the register gave us incorrect change and did not apologize after we corrected her, burgers were sloppily made and one was incorrectly made, and I got an overall attitude from the cashier that she hated her job. On top of this, every area of the restaurant is positively filthy, including the kitchen, dining area, and restrooms.

I like Wendy's, but this one was terrible. I ordered a classic double which was cold when they gave it to me. So I asked for a warm one and they came back with the same one slightly reheated and soaked in grease. Drive farther up to a different fast food place.

I LOVE Wendy's Restaurants!!! So on a cold snowy January day 2015 I pulled off the highway and was anxiously awaiting getting their wonderful chili and a hamburger. I went through the drive-thru. Since I didn't check my order when I left the window it was a big disappointment when I did open the bag. The chili's container had chili slopped all over the outside and it was quite gross. Someone's handprint was even on it. Disgusting. The hamburger was barely wrapped and just thrown into the bag it appeared. I do not think I will stop there again. Too bad.

This Wendy's is absolutely disgusting. My husband and I left without getting food because of how gross it was in the bathroom, kitchen and dining room. Service was also extremely slow. Do not stop here. I don't like eating at a fast food place if I can help it, but I expect a little bit better than what I just experienced.

The worst Wendy's I've ever been too. Probably the worst fast food joint I've been too. We walked in and the garbage cans were all turned around so there was garbage all over the top of them. The floor was littered with crumbs, fries, and paper garbage. We got in line and the guy ordering said they were out of ice but then he changed his mind and said there was ice. The drinks were all flat and tasted awful. The burger was basically cold. Room temperature food is NOT good. The only thing that was actually good about the meal was the fries - and we waited about 10 minutes for them because they were low on fries. The salad was awful too, how does someone screw up a salad? Finally, there was boxes and bags of buns in the back of the kitchen ON THE FLOOR clearly visible to customers. And the employee at the front didn't have a work uniform on. I recommend you stay far away from this "Wendy's."

I was very disappointed by my experience here. The service was VERY slow. They told both of the customers in front of other were out of something and then were out of the sauce for our nuggets. We also had to aak for two items they forgot to give us. On top of the service the bathrooms were filthy and did not have a changing station. With so many other fast food options at this exit, do not choose Wendy's!

Lots of fast food in my years and this was real bad. Wow. Also, I'm aware I'm reviewing a fast food place so my standards are a bit lower than normal, but this was terrible. So I stopped there last Saturday around 1030 while enroute to a friends boat in Holland. I knew I needed something to line my stomach for a day of drinking and some Wendy's fries and chicken nuggets washed down with some diet coke sound amazing. I'm normally a drive through girl but had to use the bathroom, so I went inside. There was no line so I ducked into the bathroom first and was impressed that the man working the front greeted me with a friendly "Welcome to Wendy's!" (I later learned the man that greeted me was Terrance, see below). The restroom was clean enough and I was in and out quickly, unfortunately a family of 4 with extremely specific orders (hold this, add this, etc) had come in, so I needed to wait to order. No sweat, that happens and no fault of the staff there this family was a pain and got there before me. Once they ordered (and prior to taking mine), the manager who took their order (Terrance) went to the back to attempt to organize his workers. There were literally 15 people working so I have no idea how this place was so badly organized, but it was a disaster. Terrance was attempting to organize his staff while the line built up behind him and no one seemed to be doing anything. A highlight was the surly looking teenager who Terrance asked to mop something up, and and kept rolling her eyes at him, or maybe it was the woman be assigned to fill drinks who didn't seem to anything right. The whole place was extremely disorganized and none of the staff seemed to care at all that the line was building up longer and longer and customers were getting more and more annoyed. All in all to use the bathroom and get an order of fries, chicken nuggets and a diet coke took 29 minutes (I know this because I texted my friend as I was walking in to ask if he wanted anything), should have been 5. Again, it's fast food so my standards are lower than normal, but even given the lower standards, this place was terrible organization wise and it was clear these workers had no pride in their work at all. However, let it be known that the manager Terrance was absolutely killing it. He had a staff of 15 that was completely clueless, a line of customers building up and still greeted everyone, smiled when he was taking orders and remained patient with his seemingly incompetent staff. You go Terrance, that positive energy was amazing and I hope you can be recognized for your hard work. PS - food was exactly like any other Wendy's, which means it was pretty tasty. Some better staff and organization and my rating would jump up!
